Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable Original shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, including returns or order cancellations after shipment.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages Pet Nest is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Pet Nest has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Pet Nest is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
