Refund policy

We want you and your pet to love every purchase from Pet Nest. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund on the product price. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned: grooming tools that have been used, opened food/treat items, or items marked as final sale.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping charge will not be included.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
